Join us for an evening of celebration with drinks, good food, dancing, awards, more dancing and raising money for The OutdoorLads Foundation.
From humble beginnings at a campsite in Langdale 10 years ago, we are now a successful and growing charity with a mission to ‘improve the physical and mental wellbeing of gay, bi and trans guys’. This evening is a celebration of 10 years of the OutdoorLads magic that has touched so many people.
Held in the Medici Ballroom of Manchester’s Renaissance hotel we have a full programme starting with drinks in the bar, followed by a two-course buffet dinner.
After dinner and awards, the Triple Scotch Ceildh band will lead an exhilarating, amazingly fun dance session to foot-stomping Scottish music. So grab a partner, loosen your hips and have some fun. No previous experience is needed here as all instruction is given on the night; it forms part of the fun.
Rounding off the evening, the DJ and disco will roll out as we see the bar through to closing time at 1am.

What to bring
Food & drink
On arrival, you will be served a glass of Bucks Fizz or Sparkling Wine to get the night started.
After being seated and welcomed we will have a two course buffet consisting of a Main Course and a selection of desserts.
Throughout the evening, a bar service will be available in the main lobby of the function room serving a selection of beers, wines and spirits. The bar will accept cash or debit/credit card payments.
