Midweek Walk: Linear East Worthing to Shoreham Coastal Caper

This walk heads down to the coast and along to Shoreham. We may walk part of it along the sand if the tide is out, so wear shoes you don't mind getting sandy. We will pass the Brooklands Pleasure Park and along the front until the coastal path leaves the A259 at Lancing. From here we remain a few 100m from the road passing Widewater Lagoon until entering Shoreham Beach development when we reach roads again. We will cross the new (ish) footbridge into Shoreham proper before joining the Social.
** Note - previously this walk has been run from Worthing Main Line but this walk leaves from East Worthing Station **

Food can be ordered at the social pub.
Alternatively there are many quick food outlets in the area or eat a packed meal looking over the harbour and meet us at the social afterwards.
