Kinver Edge and Kingsford are full of sandstone shaped surprises. Join Leo on this early Autumn day walk with a difference and take in amazing views of South Staffordshire and Worcestershire, discover how people carved a living out of the sandstone ridge over 200 years ago, see the remains of an iron fort and learn about the secret network of tunnels beneath your very feet that have a rather sinister past and a somewhat colourful present.
Easily accessible from the Midlands, this day walk will start and finish in the pretty village of Kinver and there will be opportunities for a couple of pub/cake shop stops along the way.
Please note that as part of this day walk we will be visiting the Rock Houses on Kinver Edge, the entrance fee for which is £5.50 (or free if you are a member of the National Trust).
