Tatton Park Knutsford
13 people attending
7 places left
Join Andrew and OutdoorLads for a leisurely walk in Tatton Park.
We will meet in Knutsford and make our way to the entrance to the park.
We will walk alongside Tatton Mere and visit the Old Hall.
We will then make our way across the deer park and visit the memorial to the Parachute regiment.
Then we will walk over to the mansion and the Stables restaurant.
You can get coffee and snacks in the restaurant or a full Sunday lunch.
Or if you could eat your butties in the courtyard.
Suitably refreshed we will then make our way back to the park entrance alongside the avenue of beech trees.
There maybe a chance to visit a local pub after the walk and also an opportunity to see some of Knutsford's unusual buildings.
Don't worry if all the places have gone, put your name on the reserve list and you will get a place if someone pulls out before the event.

What to bring
It will possibly be cold so please please wear plenty of layers.
I would also suggest proper walking boots as it could be icey, muddy and slippy underfoot.
Food & drink
Coffee and snacks are available from the Stables restaurant or you could get a Sunday lunch here.
Alternatively you could bring butties and eat them in the courtyard outside the restaurant.
