SUP On The Quays - AGM23 Special!

After a 4 year hiatus, Kayaking (and SUPing) on the Quays is back!
This is a 90-minute session with a qualified instructor. You'll be shown the basics, and have some fun and games on the water. The session is appropriate for all abilities, and the instructor will tailor the session based on the needs of the group.
Please arrive by 09:10 to get changed and start the session on time for 09:30.
This year's confirmed 'On The Quays' dates are:
Saturday 22nd July - Kayaking
Saturday 5th August - SUP
Saturday 19th August - Kayaking
Saturday 9th September - SUP
Saturday 23rd September - SUP & Kayaking (before the AGM!)

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement
You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.
What to bring
All equipment will be provided including wetsuits, bouyancy aids and helmets.
Footwear is essential so either bring an old pair of trainers that you don't mind getting wet or wetsuit boots if you have them.
Hot showers are available (and recommended if you've been in the water!) so bring a towel and shower gel/shampoo, etc. You'll also need a £1 coin for the locker (returned).
Food & drink
If the group are up for it, we can head to a nearby place for food/drink afterwards.
