Reading Social: Pie And A Pint @ Sweeney & Todd

Following a break over the summer, the next Reading Social is planned for early Sept, a few days after Reading Pride!  

Sweeney & Todd is a bit of an institution in Reading, running as a family business for over 40 years. A non-fussy, reasonably priced option, they serve a wide range of home made pies (in excess of 20 options!) with chips and veggies or salad, with a bar selling beer, wine and other options. Vegetarian (but not vegan) pie options are available and they also offer a range of desserts. More details about the venue and menu including the pie options can be found here

We’ll meet at Sweeney & Todd, which is located in Reading’s town center, and just a short 5-10 min walk from Reading Station. 

We're an easy going, inclusive, and friendly group - so if this is your first ODL social event - you'll be in good hands. It also provides you with the opportunity to meet local ODL members and get an idea about the range of events in the area. 

So come join us and catch up on what we have all done over the summer and plans for the remainder of the year!
