POSTPONED - Penmanchno to Bala - Day 1 of 2
3 people attending
3 places left
Starting from the picturesque Penmanchno we head south to the first climb up to our sumit between Craig Goch Y Gamallt and Bryn Yr Hyrddod. We continue onto Bala for tea and cake then lunch in Druid (I'm mostly about the food!!) with forests and mountain passes taking us back north.
We will adapt the route to suite the weather, this might be a reduced route or a nice hike. Come along, something will happen to keep us entertained!
You can view the route here.
This ride is one of many biking events taking place over the weekend. There are two days of mountain biking organised; Penmachno on the Saturday and the Marin on the Sunday plus a social on Saturday Night, and another road route on Sunday.
For those planning on staying the night I already know a couple have booked into the Waterloo Hotel. A few will be staying at Cwmlanerch Campsite just outside of town.
