Lace up your running shoes and join us for Outrun 2024, an annual timed 5 mile run organised by Glasgow Frontrunners.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of OUTrun and GFR are pulling out all the stops to make it their most spectacular!
OUTrun is more than just a race - it's an event that promotes health and well-being through running among LGBTQIA+ adults and allies. Regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or physical activity, everyone is welcome to participate.
All participants will receive a goodie bag, which includes this year's stunning OUTrun T-shirt.
IMPORTANT: This is an external event that requires payment direct to a third party. Please only sign up on the OutdoorLads event when you have booked your place. Find out more and book your place at: http://glasgowfrontrunners.org/outrun
VOLUNTEERING: Not a runner? You can still become involved by volunteering to help with the organisation of the event. Volunteers are required to marshal, assist with registration, bag-drop, set-up, cake-stand etc. Approx. 70 volunteers are required to ensure the event runs smoothly and safely. Everyone who volunteers will be given full instructions on what they need to do and no previous volunteering experience is required. As a thank you, you will receive an OUTrun technical t-shirt and a voucher for a complimentary hot-drink from the on-site coffee van.
To sign-up as a volunteer, please complete this Google Form: https://forms.gle/i4bwwJQq5CwQot7h9

What to bring
Your usual jogging outfit, it would be great to see as many ODL branded tops as possible.
A spare layer may be useful for when waiting around before and after the event.
Food & drink
There will be a bake sale after the run, so please bring some goodies along if you can (there will be drinks available too). Proceeds will got to Time For Inclusive Education (TIE), Scotland's LGBT Inclusive Education charity.
