Nottingham Urban Ramble - 14km

A 9 mile/14km walk around Nottingham linking the green spaces of the city and buildings of architectural merit.  

The walk includes the cathedral, University Park, Wollaton Park, The Nottingham General Cemetery and Nottingham Arboretum.  The walk originates from the book Urban Rambles, Great Walks through English Cities by  Nicholas Rudd-Jones and his associated website. 

There will be an optional pub stop around half way - hopefully serving food.  We will likely have a swift half afterwards too.

There is a deliberate late start for those wanting to complete a local Parkrun.  The leader won't leave without you, as he will be running too.

Well-behaved, socialised and under-control dogs are welcome on this event.  Please also be aware that some establishments may not allow dogs on the premises.
