Newcastle upon Tyne: Heddon on the Wall
20 people attending
10 places left
This will be a relaxed 8-mile walk setting off from Heddon on the Wall, 20 minutes drive from Newcastle. It is on mostly flat ground and is a loop walk using country paths and returning briefly along a quiet stretch of the Hadrian's Wall national trail. As it will be winter walk, you won't have the opportunity to embrace your inner Theresa May and romp naughtily through the wheat fields.
We will stop to drain the contents of coffee flasks and enjoy a packed lunch and there'll be a coffee stop at the end to replenish the calories
