Manchester Pride 2023: Picnic In The Park

Join OutdoorLads for a picnic in the park to celebrate Manchester Pride!
We will be gathering in Sackville Gardens to enjoy a beverage and soak up the vibes. Food and drink are available to purchase from traders and bars within the park, but feel free to bring your own food, drink, picnic blanket and your loudest and proudest attire!
IMPORTANT: A wristband will be required to enter Sackville Gardens. You can purchase tickets via the official Manchester Pride website and exchange them for wristbands at the Box Office.

Please be advised that bags may be searched upon entry. Members are urged to co-operate with stewards conducting bag searches and avoid bringing any items which may result in refused entry such as:
- Glass
- Drugs
- Folding chairs, stools and tables
- Flagpoles, sticks
- Large umbrellas
- Perfume bottles and aerosols canisters
- Drones
- Weapons
- Horns and loudhailers
- Whistles
- Drums
- Fireworks, flares
- Candles and lanterns

OTHER PRIDE WEEKEND ACTIVITIES:
Thursday (Pre-Pride):
Sign up and get ready to toss your handbag, chuck your sausage in the hoop or maybe don your finest heels (or whatever is left in the box of goodies) and do us proud on the high heeled egg and spoon race! We need a team of 4-6 and plenty of people just to cheer us on and line the street with Red OutdoorLads t shirts!
Saturday:
Did you know we are participating in the Pride Parade on the Saturday? After last years success, We will have a large again float this year! SIGN UP HERE!
Sunday:
We will also be having a social event on the Sunday evening - come along and catch up with old friends and make a few new ones along the way :)
IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement
You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.
