Join Lee on a 12km (7.5 mile) winter hike in the heart of the picturesque Hambleton Hills in North Yorkshire. The route will take us along the Fryton Millenium Trail as well as up onto a ridge which will give us great views of the North Yorkshire countryside.
We will be making a stop off at The Grapes Inn in the village of Slingsby, for a quick beverage (dog friendly...indeed, according to their site, friendly to any 4-legged animal;).
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on this walk; however, please note we will be going through some fields containing horses so they will need to be kept on a lead a certain parts of the route.
Although we won't be walking nearby, Yorkshire Lavender is a short drive away for those wanting to include this on their visit.
