Halloween 2022 - Blists Hill Victorian Town

This event is intended for attendees at Halloween 2022.

Don your flat cap and enjoy some Sunday culture as we bimble over to and explore the Blists Hill Victorian Town museum.  It's a pleasant 3km walk through the woods there, though if we need to move our cars for others to depart, we will drive.  You will need to strip your beds and pack your car before departure.

Many of us will have been to the museum on school trips back in the 90s.  There is plenty to see including working steam engines, Victorian shops and industrial activities.  We are likely to spend a few hours here including getting food from the chippy (that uses beef dripping) and have a pint in the pub.  It's also really pleasant just to walk around the site.  If you like photography, there are numerous subjects to keep you busy.

Entry Ticket

Entry tickets are £21.50 or £31 for "the Pass" which allows you access to all the museums at Ironbridge for a year, well worth it if you will be back in the local area.  If you are organised enough, you can usually get tickets with Tesco Clubcard points or Google for other offers and discounts.

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement

You MUST complete a Participation Statement in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms, even if they are extremely mild, or who has recently tested positive for Covid-19, is asked not to attend.
