BSC 2019: “Gin is the Mixer” – Gin Tasting (Saturday 6:45pm)

Gin glorious gin tasting returns for another year! Join John, ODL’s resident certified alcohol expert, for one of his famous boozy gatherings. Learn a little about the origins, sordid and salacious history of gin, its evolution and how it is made.

Then, taste four specially selected ones featured on the Big Spring Camp Bar. There will be some traditional styles, others a little quirkier! These will be accompanied by a selection of mixers for you to play and experiment with. Create your own delicious concoctions and discover life beyond plain tonic!
