EGSW 2025 - Social

A Sunday get together for Outdoorlads attending EGSW 2025 in Val Thorens.

The first day / evening after arriving in resort on Saturday can be pretty hectic, and people sometimes arrive quite late. So the plan is to get together on the Sunday evening, once everyone has settled into their accommodation and found their way around the resort (a bit!).

I am thinking 8.30pm, which gives everyone time for dinner after Après-Ski, and before the parties get going. 

At this stage I am considering two possible venues, which are both in the centre of Val Thorens, and close to the main EGSW Après-Ski venue (on top of 'The Board', a building in the centre of the resort shaped like a snowboard - hard to miss!).

I will confirm which venue via WhatsApp after I arrive in resort on the Friday evening.

After drinks, you can head off to the cabaret, or to the Sunday evening themed party - or both!

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement

You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.
