Come and join us for another evening canoeing on the harbour!
This is a session with a qualified instructor. You'll be shown the basics, have some fun and games on the water, and probably have some silly challenges to complete. The session is appropriate for all abilities, and the instructor will tailor the session based on the needs of the group.
Please arrive by 18:15 to get changed, receive instruction and start the session on time for 19:00 for 90 minutes of fun on the water!

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement
You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.

What to bring
All equipment will be provided including wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets.
Footwear is essential so either bring an old pair of trainers that you don't mind getting wet or wetsuit boots if you have them.
We'd suggest the following:
- swimwear to wear under the wetsuit
- A change of clothes plus a towel and toiletries for showering
- Sun cream and/or sunhat
- Warm, waterproof clothing, including hat and gloves
All-Aboard have an accessible shower and toilet facilities available for use. However they do ask that you use your facilities at home where possible.
Food & drink
If the group are up for it, we can head to a nearby place for food/drink afterwards.
