A moderate day walk from the campsite and a Big Spring Camp classic!
A great day walk starting from camp and heading through the Gwydyr Forest to the reservoir at Llyn-y-Parc before descending into Betws-y-Coed via the lower stages of Swallow Falls. The town is great for a quick shop, a pint or a cream tea at the train station. We then begin our return via the viewpoint at Nany Uchaf which will require a short and steady bit of a climb but it will be well worth the views of the Conwy Valley. We descend back to the campsite via the awesome Grey Mares Tail waterfall for some photos before arriving back.
