Alton Towers Day Social

Join Ian on this adrenalin-fuelled day at Alton Towers Resort in Staffordshire, the largest theme park in the UK. Lots of jaw dropping rides from Nemesis (the oldest rollercoaster), now re-opened after refurbishment. The jaw-dropping Oblivion (Dare you look down) and the stomach-churning Smiler with its 14 loops!. For the adrenaline-fuelled junkie! 

The day will start early to make the most out of our time on the park, as it does get pretty busy with long queues. This social will continue after dark (optional) as Alton Towers Resort will remain open until 8pm for those who wish to stay. 

As the sun sets, venture into Forbidden Valley and take on the awesome Nemesis Reborn, feel the roaring flames of Wicker Man light up the night sky, freefall into complete darkness over the vertical drop of Oblivion or for a firm family favourite, jump aboard Runaway Mine Train to navigate the twists and turns of Katanga Canyon in the dark! The surreal experience of the rides in the dark is immense! 

This event doesn’t cover the entry to the park, so you will need to book in advance, online ticket price is £39. 

On the day ticket price will be at the full entry price of £68

IMPORTANT! - Participation Statement

You MUST complete a Participation Statement, in addition to booking your event space before attending an OutdoorLads event. You only need to complete this Participation Statement once, not for each event you attend.
