Wasdale Hall is located in the heart of the Lake District's most dramatic valley, nestled on the shores of England's deepest lake and within striking distance of the highest mountain.Some of the most spectacular of the classic Lake District walks start right from the hostel door, with access towards the Scafell range of mountains and walks along the stunning lake shore. Don’t miss the sunset glow on the Screes, shining down on the lake turning it into a deep red in the winter - the morning and evening light in the valley is a photographers dream!
What to bring
Please bear in mind that the weather here can be unpredictable and it could be very cold and windy. There is likely to be snow on the mountains at this time of year and the weather can change rapidly so be prepared! You will need a towel, washing kit and clothes to wear about the hostel.

Food & drink
Friday night: Please bring at least one item for the buffet. This should be to feed approximately 2 to 3 people.
Saturday breakfast: Included in the event cost.
Saturday lunch: Please bring a packed lunch.

Tea & coffee: Included throughout the weekend.
