Yes another one of Stephen's salaciously named walks - but it got your attention! - The reason for the name of walk will be apparent in the description.

Join Stephen on a 12 mile linear walk starting in Silverdale - North Lancashire.

Highlights of the walk will be:-
• Taking a short rail journey from Arnside to Silverdale
• Walking across Leighton Moss RSPB reserve
• Visiting public hides to see if we can spot some rare Bearded Tits, which the reserve is famous for.
• Walking in the grounds of Leighton Hall
• Passing near Haweswater - one of only 2 natural lakes in the area
• Up the hill to find the elusive Fairy Steps - a stepped cleft in a limestone cliff then walk up the steps ensuring you don't touch the ever narrowing sides. NB there is an alternative route up if people feel they do not want to attempt this bit.
• Meandering through Beetham village and the grounds of Dallam Tower Park , see if we can spot the deer that roam throughout the grounds
• Picking up up the Kent riverside and walk back into Arnside
• Then join me for some post walk Fish and Chips at the Arnside Chipshop
•
