London Social: August 2017: The Phoenix

London's easy-going monthly evening to catch up with guys you have met on previous events and meet others you have not met before.

A new venue for Outdoorlads this month (as far as we know), The Phoenix, Cavendish Square. Described on its website as, "A stone’s throw from Oxford Circus, The Phoenix sits on her perch at the edge of Cavendish Square - in the middle of London, in the middle of the world. Leading a double life, the bird splits it’s personality across two floors of magic. At the bar there's seasonal rotating Craft & Real Ales from both local London Breweries and imports from around the world, interesting Wines and some dead fancy spirits & long drinks. The 'Lunch & Supper Counter' now provide the chow, which includes solid favourites Burgers and Spatchcock and Fried Chicken amongst other offerings."
