You don't have to be flexible to do yoga. Come along and stretch, working gently into areas that are tight, stiff or compressed. Connect with your breath, strength and vitality and feel yourself soften around tension, stress and pain.
George has nearly two years of experience in yoga and mindfulness and is particularly interested in how they can help students to reconnect with their emotions to work through physical and emotional pains and be kinder towards themselves and others.
What to bring
You may want to bring a yoga/gym mat for additional comfort. The grass is plush but the floor under the markee can be less forgiving.
