BSC2017: Llandudno Junction ParkRun

Conwy Parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k run that takes place every Saturday at 9am. The course is run around the RSPB Nature Reserve in Conwy just a 20-25 minute drive from the campsite. This is not a race, just a regular timed run so it's you against the clock. You might already be a parkrun participant but if not it's free to register (please register before you run and bring along your barcode) and then it'll be free to run this nationally-held weekly event when you get back home. The course is 5000m (5K) long and is run on a mixture of tarmac and gravel paths. Some sections of the course may accumulate mud and puddles after rain. Post-run we could treat ourselves to a trip to the Waterside Coffee Shop. We will aim to meet at 8.00am and leave from 8:15.
